Important delivery information

In light of the current situation and following government advice, we have temporarily closed our store.  Due to this,  we will aim to dispatch all online orders in 3-5 working days.

We aim to dispatch all orders received on a weekday within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where this may take up to 48 hours.  Orders received over a weekend or on a UK Bank Holiday will be dispatched within 24 hours from the first following weekday.  Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.  We are not responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by destination customs clearance processes. All orders require a signature upon receipt.  We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. 

Due to new regulations on shipments going to Russia you must provide both an email address and mobile telephone number when placing your order.  Once we have shipped your order you will be contacted by a clearance broker on behalf of our courier UPS who will begin the clearance process.

All returns must be postmarked within twenty eight (28) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in it’s original packing with all original tags and labels attached.


To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging with the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  •     Underwear
  •     Bras
  •     Rackets which have been customised

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

  •        For rackets that have been strung or gripped, the cost of the strings/grips will not be refunded.
