PROCESS
Upon ‘Demoing’ your racket, you will be charged for the full RRP of the racket. Upon return of the racket to the store, you will be refunded, minus the rental charges as stated below: The first week’s rental will be charged a fixed rate of £10. A late fee of £5 per day will be charged for the next 7 days. The maximum rental period is 2 weeks. See the Example price list below.

SHIPPING
It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to return the racket. You can do so by:

– Return the racket to the Wigmore Sports store.
Use the address label provided (if this option is chosen at checkout). If this option is selected, once the courier has confirmed they have received the package, no extra late fees will be added.

– Ship back at your own cost to the Wigmore Sports store with your own labels.
– Bring the racket back into store in person

Note that if the racket is damaged, repair costs will also apply.

SHIPPING LABEL
We will automatically add a return Shipping Label to your demo. If you do not want this, please remove this from your basket.
