PROCESS
Upon “demoing” your racket, you will be charged for the full retail price of the racket.
Upon return of the racket to the store, you will be refunded, minus the rental charges as stated below.
The first week’s rental will be charged at a fixed rate of £10. The next 7 days will be charged at £5 per day. The maximum rental period is 2 weeks. If not returned after 2 weeks, the racket will not be able to be returned. The demo racket can be kept by the customer.
RETURNING YOUR RACKETS
It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to return the racket. You can do so by:
Return the racket to the Wigmore Sports store.
Use the address label provided (if this option is chosen at checkout). If this option is selected, once the courier has confirmed they have received the package, no extra late fees will be added.
Ship back at your own cost to the Wigmore Sports store with your own labels.
Note that if the racket is damaged, repair costs will also apply.
SHIPPING
We will automatically add a return Shipping Label to your demo. If you do not want this, please remove this from your basket.
EXAMPLE
1st January – You take a Babolat Pure Aero to try. The charge is £250, the full RRP price of the racket.
If you return it on 8th January, you will receive £240 back (£250 initial payment minus the 1 week charge of £10).
If you return the racket on 9th January, you will receive £235 back (£250 initial payment minus the 1-week charge of £10 and 1 extra day charge of £5).
If the demo is not returned by 16th January, we will cancel the demo and the initial payment will not be returned. The demo can be kept by the customer.
